Multi channel career development management:
The group has designed a multi-channel career development channel for employees, providing employees with a ladder from different channels to higher level jobs. Employees have the opportunity to change roles and start a new career at any time. Multi channel not only enables employees to develop continuously in management positions, but also opens up passageways for other positions.


High potential personnel development plan:  
Based on the competency model, the group uses scientific evaluation tools, such as evaluation center, 360 degree competency assessment, personality test, EQ test, and so on to scientifically select and cultivate high potential personnel. The senior managers of high potential work together with high potential personnel to work out personal development plans, and through training, rotation, job placement, assignment, new project training, and so on, to comprehensively enhance the potential personnel.


The combination of training and guidance:
Employees are the most important assets of our group. We invest considerable training funds every year to ensure that our employees are continuously trained in the whole career development process. Provide advanced training including general skills, post skills and management skills according to the group's business priorities and staff positions, and track and evaluate the training effect regularly, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the skills and competency of employees.
New recruits induction training
The aim is to help new employees understand, understand and integrate into the group faster. The training includes: Readjustment of mentality, learning of enterprise culture, safety training, company strategy, product, technology overview, company's business, system and process learning.
Staff training with unique characteristics of the group
The company has abundant internal and external curriculum resources, providing targeted advanced training for different positions, professionals and level employees, and regularly tracking and evaluating the training effect, so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing staff competency.
Master with disciples
The senior staff with a high standard of business are instructors, one to one guidance, teaching by words and deeds, helping new employees improve their technical level and better adapting to the post.
