1. Main pollutants:

(1) wastewater: the main waste water is production wastewater and domestic sewage; (2) exhaust gas: coal burning waste gas, limestone silo dust and so on; (3) noise: mainly for workshop matching exhaust fan, air compressor, boiler equipment and other noise; (4) solid waste: bag dust collector collecting dust, boiler ash, desulfurization gypsum and domestic waste.

2, environmental impact and preventive measures

1) exhaust gas

The main links of air pollution during the project operation period are: smoke and dust produced by 2 coal-fired boilers, and SO Two NOx, mercury and its compounds, air blackness and other air pollutants.

2 coal-fired boilers are planned to share 1 60m chimneys, and 2 boilers are equipped with "electrostatic precipitator + desulphurization + limestone gypsum method desulphurization +SNCR denitration +SCR denitration" flue gas treatment facilities. According to the analogy analysis, the design efficiency of cloth bag dedusting is 99%, the desulphurization and dust removal efficiency outside the furnace is 50%, and the comprehensive dedusting efficiency is 99.95% The efficiency of wet desulphurization is about 98%, and the denitration efficiency of SNCR+SCR denitration process is 60%.

According to the design data of the project, the height of the highest building is less than 20 m within the radius of 200 m, so the chimney height of the project meets the relevant requirements.

The limestone powder is transported and stored in a closed way. It is airtight and conveyed. The bag top dust collector is arranged on the top of the storehouse. The dust is discharged by the exhaust pipe of 15 meters high. The fly ash adopts dilute phase pneumatic ash removal system. When the ash discharging port is discharged, the closed transportation system and the tanker loading and unloading transportation are used. The ash is closed tightly, and the top is equipped with bag dust remover, and the dust is discharged by a 15 meter high exhaust cylinder.

In addition, this project inevitably produces exhaust emissions without organization. The main links are coal feeding and transportation process, slag transportation and loading and unloading, coal storage using totally closed coal storehouse, and sprinkling water facilities, and a small amount of dust is discharged in unorganized form.

2) wastewater

    The wastewater produced by the proposed project includes domestic sewage and production wastewater. The production wastewater mainly includes chemical water treatment sewage, boiler effluent, desulphurization wastewater, wet electrostatic precipitator wastewater, circulating cooling water, and so on. Boiler drainage, desulfurization wastewater, wet electrostatic precipitator wastewater and circulating cooling water drainage are used for coal yard spraying. After treatment, the B grade standard in Table 1 of sewage quality standard for discharge into urban sewers (GB/T31962-2015) has been discharged into the Weifang BofA sewage treatment plant through the municipal pipe network. The BofA sewage treatment plant in Weifang has implemented the "A standard for pollutant discharge standards of municipal sewage treatment plants" (GB18918 - 2002), and the effluent is discharged to Cui Jiahe river.

3) noise

The noise level of the project boundary meets the 3 standard requirements of the environmental noise emission standard for industrial enterprises (GB12348-2008), which has little effect on the noise generated by the surrounding environment.

4) solid waste

The waste generated by construction projects is mainly domestic waste, waste cloth bags, furnace ashes, slag, desulfurized gypsum and waste lubricating oil. According to the calculation, the annual output of the proposed project is about 30%. 56222.4t/a Slag production 15755.6t/a Desulphurization gypsum 5926.2t/a All the ash, slag and desulphurized gypsum are comprehensively utilized by the truck to the building materials company.
