The main building structures include compressor room, cabinet room and distribution room, exhaust purification area, methanation plant area, ammonia synthesis plant area, PSA nitrogen plant area, PSA hydrogen extraction device area, circulating machine shed, ammonia washing deoxidization desulfurization device area, etc. Newly purchased equipment: raw material gas compressor, oil removal tower, washing tower, crude desulfurization tower, fine desulfurizer, deaerator, recycle compressor, adsorption tower, product gas buffer tank, vacuum pump, PSA nitrogen production system, methanation heating furnace, methanation reactor, hydrogen nitrogen compressor, ammonia synthesis tower, ammonia waste heat boiler, deflation buffer tank, desorption gas mixing tank, and reverse gas release Equipment such as flushing tank, desulfurizing cooler, deoxidizer, gas liquid separator, methanation cooler, methanation separator, tower heat exchanger and so on. 1, waste water

After the completion of the proposed project, the waste water is divided into domestic sewage, chemical and chemical analysis wastewater, equipment, surface washing water, initial rainwater, circulating cooling sewage, soft water station drainage and tail gas incineration system drainage, etc. the total amount of wastewater generated is 10007.84m Three /a. 2. Exhaust gas

The exhaust gas generated during the operation of the proposed project mainly includes PSA purification unit G1 analytical gas, ammonia synthesis and separation unit G3 flash steam, PSA hydrogen extraction unit analytical gas G4, natural gas combustion waste gas G2, sewage treatment waste gas.

3. Noise

The main noise of the project comes from the mechanical and dynamic noise and aerodynamic noise generated by various chemical pumps, centrifuges, air blower and drying systems. The noise source is strong at 70 ~ 85dB (A). Through the selection of low noise equipment, regular maintenance and maintenance, installation of mufflers, noise isolating hood, foundation vibration reduction and greening and noise reduction, the noise level of factory boundary meets the 3 standard requirements of environmental noise emission standard for industrial enterprises (GB12348-2008).

4. Solid waste

This project includes solid waste including PSA nitrogen link, PSA purification unit, and waste sorbent produced by PSA hydrogen extraction unit, except for spent activated carbon from ammonia washing and ammonia synthesis and separation links, desulphurization and deoxygenation links, methanation links, ammonia synthesis and separation links and SCR denitrification loop waste catalyst, sewage treatment station sludge, soft water station waste reverse osmosis membrane and workers' life.
